Economic Impact Study for the Maritime Sector of the Netherlands Antilles

Volume II of the A-EIS project presents an analysis of the potential of two Caribbean ports: Willemstad (Curaçao) and Philipsburg (Sint Maarten). It focuses on the evolution of the market’s demand for services, supplied or to be supplied by both ports. The study also investigates the attitude and perception of cruise and container shipping lines with regard to both ports. At the same time it serves as an external analysis of the maritime situation in the Caribbean.
